Twelve weeks of notch.
I am using notch myself for twelve weeks. Weight is tracked daily on a Withings scale and smoothed with the Hacker's Diet trend filter. Calories are logged in notch by logging approximate units of 100 kcals as they occur. I will not be altering my diet or exercise programme. The point is to see what consistent measuring and sticking to a plan does.
